Our Associate Program is designed to bridge the gap between cosmetology school and a successful professional career. Through intentional mentorship, our associates refine advanced technical skills, develop exceptional guest experiences, and build the business confidence needed for long-term success.

Each service is introduced through a thoughtful progression of observation, guided education, hands-on practice, and personalized coaching. As proficiency is demonstrated, associates begin welcoming guests for those specific services while continuing their education in the next phase of the program. This structured approach ensures every service is delivered with confidence, consistency, and the high standards that define The Linden House.
